Title: VERTIGO
Date: 1958
Size: U.S. trade ad 13"x5.5". Design by SAUL BASS.
Price: £280.00 conservation framed
Comments and Condition: Essentially a miniature, stripped of credits, of the large 3-sheet poster. Here the figures represent Gavin Elster smothering 'Madelaine's' scream when his wife is thrown from the tower.
Excellent condition.

Comments and Condition: A fascinating 3-sheet scale design. The blue background colour is unique to the trade ads, the struggling figures are from the ultra-rare huge 6-sheet poster (almost certainly alluding to Madelaine and Scotty's climactic struggle in the bell tower). Scarce. Excellent condition.

Date: 1972
Size: Original 8"x10" Paramount still.

The Don's old study, and his desk become a symbol of power and wisdom for Michael in Godfather Part II, in a similar scene with Frank Pentangeli.
